Keeping you on budget

ARC Services provides pre-construction services like budgeting and scheduling. We will identify anything that may create a budget or scheduling issue, make you aware of it and give you options that may better suit your finances and time frame. We’ll make sure you know what to expect, before your project is started, so that you are not surprised by anything. Realistic ideas of potential issues, where your money will be spent and a rough estimate of the overall cost of your project are a part of every partnership with ARC Services.

Yes – you can!

If necessary – we will obtain permits and schedule inspections with the proper municipality.

Yes – a schedule will be provided for every project

Yes – Mutually agreed payment terms will be determined prior to scheduling

Depending on the complexity of your project will determine if a dedicated team manages the entire project. This will be discussed prior to any contract execution

Project manager is responsible for managing the job. They will be your  point of contact from start to finish. Day to day work will be managed by our field foreman

Our vetting process is maintained annually to ensure our sub-contractors pass background and insurance requirements to be on your property. This is a requirement from our clients/carriers.

The owner does not visit every project – however he does check in on each project weekly our staff meeting

ARC Services will ask you your preferred method of contact when the initial job intake is made – phone call/text/email

8am – 4pm Monday thru Friday

We can do content manipulation; however, the fragile items will have to be moved by the owner

It is always best to anticipate the noise level to be uncomfortable. “You cannot make an omelet without breaking some eggs”

This is the prerogative of the client. We can provide a lockbox to assist with scheduling conflicts

Work areas are to be left in a broom swept condition at the end of each workday.

A staging area will be agreed upon prior to the end of the working day.

Yes – furniture in the work areas will be protected by plastic prior to commencement of work

Yes, shoe covers or plastic runner are utilized

Yes – we can also assist with content manipulation. Fragile items will have to be move prior to work start

Changes are allowed by the client and are executed upon a written change order. The change order will have to be satisfied prior to the commencement of the work

ARC services provides a (1) year warranty on workmanship and the material warranties are per the manufacturer’s specifications

Updates are provided daily during the life cycle of your project. If any delay were to occur, we will notify the client as soon as possible.
